This is a practice dress because she has another style in mind. I bought the silk and did not have enough yardage to make the one she wants, a long one. I can't fit into either of them. Know what? You could make a flowy skirt and be done with it. Years ago they always made dresses in two layers like that. I am thinking maybe layers and layers of tule and lace would be beautiful and make it nice and long like you want. Or perhaps a long skirt? Lace jacket and it would be off the charts beautiful! Not that it isn't beautiful now, you did one fabulous job on that dress!
