Send a message to the person doing the swap to see why you could not participate, I do know that many swaps have rules and guidelines, as I am with on my first time the one of the rules were if you sign-up and don't follow the rules and guidelines you will not be able to participate again, not sure if this happened to you. Send message to find out it just be something that the swap is full.
i am not in any swaps and i have gotten two of these "unapproved visitor" notices. one from a friend with whom i've exchanged many private messages & another from a board member to whom i had written a private message. i don't moderate messages and i don't understand this.
