Hi girls! I went this morning to a library book sale. I got two grocery bags full for ten dollars. All having to do with quilting and machine embroidery work. 26 books and 36 magazines. It was so very fun and I got a few I had never seen before I think will be helpful.
I am working now on a modern quilt done with batiks. A very easy pattern with a log cabin type outside border. I love these colors of greens muted blues and neutrals. I only have to finish the cutting of the sashing strips and make those to be able to assemble the top. All of the logs are finished and pressed. This one is for our family room. It will be a first to keep something for myself.
By the way, I love all of the projects you gals have shared. And I want a chair and foot stool like that. It looks so cozy!
