I did one with a printed postcard back. I found the image online and printed it onto paper. One tip if you go this route... If you iron the back of the card, put something between the paper and the iron, and don't iron, just press. If you don't, you risk smearing the printer ink, or getting a "double printing" because the ink transferred to the iron, then back onto the paper when you hit it twice. Can you tell I did this?! It was stuck to the peltex hard, so I had to glue on a blank paper (so the first one wouldn't show through), then another printed paper.
