you can usually find acid free paper any place that sells scrape booking supplies. If you aren't going to be refolding every 3-4 months in different ways, then I would crumple some to put inside the folds (and folding on the bias sure does help). And then put the acid free paper around the quilt. you can also find acid free boxes (archive boxes) and then could just refold to avoid creases every 3-4 months and not mess with paper.
