I've had mine ready for a few weeks now. Most were wrapped in regular plastic wrap, but a few were wrapped in Press & Seal. I had a little Press & Seal left from the previous direct-mail Boom swaps, so I was trying to use it up rather than throw it away. This is the first time I've heard of any issues with it. Oh well. I unwrapped the Press & Seal ones, and re-wrapped them in regular plastic wrap, so they're good to go now.

I use plastic wrap to help prevent handling damage, and moisture damage, should the envelope somehow get wet along the way. I also feel like it helps keep the squares in place inside the card. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I worry that they'll all shift to one side, making the envelope more than 1/4" thick, which could either cause the envelope to be returned to me, or (worse!) cause the recipient to have to pay postage due. Yikes!

Anyway, I received the PM with the birthday girl's address, and will get her envelope in the mail in the next day or two.
