This is the outcome of my dealing with QID> I sent another email saying I had decided to order from another vendor as their customer service was so poor. I received another email from the same person saying they needed my address. The same thing from their first email--it was as if this person totally had forgotten the other emails she had sent me. I will now be receiving the order for less shipping cost.

and they would get back--after a couple more emails they finally answered back and said someone would contact me early the next day--still haven't heard. Is this usual with them? I'm going to order the item from someone else today.
