There was a thread a few days ago about this. I haven't used them, but
https://patternjam.com/explore let's you design your own quilt, then digitally prints it for you in your desired size. They seem to use good quality fabrics. They also have a nice selection of pre designed tops that you can customize.
I hope if I mention it enough, someone will use them and report back on quality
