My bindings finally look that good, now that I sew the last stitch, as you have shown. Using my stitch-in-the-ditch foot, I just run the blade along the fold, and having set the needle a few threads to the right, stitch that nice straight stitch. The blade keeps it all straight. I wonder if this is the method wesing used???????
