I track quilts I have quilted for others in an Excel spreadsheet. I have cells for each of the following:
Start
Finish
Quilt name or generic description
Quilt owner
quilt size
Type of quilting I did (Panto, custom, ruler work, feathers, pebbling, etc)
Cost per s/i I charged
Total charges
Photos are in a separate database but a file is created for each quilt (as I always take multiple photos, sometimes before and after quilting and many detail shots) with the same name I assigned it in the spreadsheet.
