I replaced all the light bulbs in my sewing cave and above my long arm with the daylight LED lights. Made a huge difference in matching colors. (I have no windows down there), WARNING do not put them above your bathroom mirror. If it makes you feel a little better, my Mother was still quilting after the MD left her blind except for a little vision out the side of her left eye. She was 94 when she passed. We cut pieces for her and put painters on her tops to follow when hand quilting. They would not take any prizes at the state fair, but the love in them enough to last forever.
