My sister had a Raggedy Ann doll when we were growing up (not sure if she still has her) anyway, we had a puppy that used poor Ann's face for a chew toy. Our mom cut a new piece of fabric out and stitched it over the hole and painted her a new face. Sister was happy w/that.

Your doll is very cute and I'm sure you daughter will love her for years. Did you get a picture of her reaction when she saw the doll?
