I have tried your suggestion and the above suggestion about Compatibility Mode. Still having trouble typing slow enough to avoid mistakes.
No need to talk to IT guy / gal. I am the family IT guy. Also, attaching photos doesn't always work either.
Thanks for the suggestions. Guess I'll just have to be patient here.
