I use mine to make laundry detergent (the dry kind), to grate cheese, whiz up cauliflower that I made in the Instant Pot, shred potatoes for latkes, cooked butternut squash soup, instead of blender when I don't feel like using the immersion blender, make pasta dough, but have only done this twice, chop onions. I don't use it every day but I'm glad I have it when I need it.
