one of the things about keeping a sick body hydrated is putting in substances that cannot be evaporated easily from our pores, I think.
Cilantro can be spicy if its a certain breed of cilantro... like mexican cilantro... *shudders* I was thinking spicy due to the cumin :) I need to try that soup!
