Yes, that's why I appreciated osewme's recommendation of the
Res Q Me keychain escape tool. I rarely have to go near any waterways, but if it rains hard enough for any flooding, I would want one of these tools to help me in the event of any need (but then, since I can't swim, if I'm alone, that would be unnecessary anyway).
