I started making cheesecakes way back when. Family adores them. I made my oldest son a cake for his birthday and he told me he got sick later. Found out that he ate huge portions of it at one time. My recipe calls for 3 or 4 8oz of Philly cream cheese. Small slices are best. thanks for the recipe and all the suggestions the baker gave.
We cut it into 12 slices (still a generous size) since it's so rich. I use a 9 inch spring-form pan.
