I frequently make cheese cake for family gatherings -- there are 17 of us. I have to make sure it is gluten free and free of nuts so getting the crust right is a challenge. Another favorite desert is a crumb crust and 2 cartons of mint chip ice cream topped with really good fudge sauce -- I make it in the spring form pan too.
