The Neti pots come highly recommended. I use the Sinus Rinse by Neil Med which was recommended by my pulmonary specialist. It is very easy to use and the doctor said because you squeeze the bottle it cleans out the sinus's more thoroughly than the pot. Haven't used the neti pot so can't compare myself. Just passing on what my specialist says.
