Howdy from Texas. You will find a lot of advice here on suggestions for your new shop. Wishing the very best to you on your new adventure. My only suggestion to you is that you & your staff stay friendly to your customers. We had a small shop in our town several years ago & they seemed to be very "cliquish" and weren't very friendly to shoppers who only came in on occasion. I like shops where you feel like the owner & staff are glad that you came in whether you buy something or not. We love pictures here.
