I label my quilts but not with a standard quilt label. I have some sew-in labels that say "Made Especially for you by (my name here). I fold it in half & sew it in with the binding. I've used them for years for things I make. I put them in the seam of pillow cases, tote bags, table runners, etc. The don't have a date or any specifics but the recipient will always know who made it for them.
