I've spent hundreds (probably thousands!) of dollars there, and have had only one minor problem. The wrong fabric was sent. I contacted them, and they sent the correct one, and told me to keep the other.
They used to send 37" for every yard ordered. Not sure if they still do. The quality has always been great.
I agree that they don't seem to have as many sales as they used to, and I can't seem to find any coupon codes for them these days. I also don't like the extra charge for ordering less than a yard, but I do like that they sometimes have discounts for ordering multiple yards.
