I don't cut anything until I go to use it. Fortunately my stash/scrap is limited to a small area in our project room. I have never purchased for stash, only projects. I do need a better way to organize it though.
When I think I will not use some fabric, I send it to a friend in AR, she makes things and sells them to benefit Diabetes.
