I gradually switched over to ceramic nonstick pans and baking sheets (different brands), and I am happy with the results. The food slides right out smoothly and they are very easy to clean with a drop of dishwashing liquid. Be sure to to read the instructions regarding the temperatures. They are very heat efficient, and it is best not to go higher than medium high temps. I use even lower temps with great results. It is okay to add just enough butter or whatever for extra flavor.
