I make spaghetti sauce in 25 minutes that tastes like it's been simmering all day. Cabbage rolls are out of this world cooked in a pressure cooker. You can make stocks (beef or chicken even veggie). I also make chili in mine (with canned pinto beans). You can cook dry beans in one, but you need to add baking soda I think to prevent boiling over, although I haven't tried yet.
Pork roasts, whole chicken (like for chicken and dumplings or to shred for other recipes).
