Sillybear

I recently got another 11" square Q-snap frame (fits in a backpack for quilting on planes) and the clips are UNBELIEVABLY tight. So tight I am nervous about clamping onto quilted areas, even with a guardian hankie in between.

I am pretty sure I remember something about using a hair dryer or hot water or something to loosen them - from waaay back. There is NOTHING on the YarnTree site except ordering info.

Does anybody remember, or have you done this?
