It has the power cord, case, a box of accessories and the foot pedal. It's too late to test it. The preview was Saturday. It has no photos of the underside, so I don't know if it has a bobbin case. It looks pristine to me. There seems to be only one other person persistently bidding on it, but you never know how high they will go or if the machine is as good as it looks. I swore I wouldn't buy another sewing machine sight unseen, but I broke that rule with a Pfaff 130 since that declaration. They never look as good in person as they do in the photo.
