Looks like it has been well cared for. I would check the bobbin and be sure it is in a case, and that it fits. When I got my featherweight, I didn't realize what a pain the bobbin can be. A technician who knows featherweights can take them out and take the mechanism apart fine. I learned never to mess with taking the entire thing out, as you have to know how to put it back together!
