Been there and had to do unquilting. I made a Hidden Wells quilt for my GGD. I did QAYG method and also was using the Glo in The Dark thread from Superior Threads. On the very first block that I finished quilting, for whatever reason, I decided to press it. Well the thread melted in many places and I had to remove it all. I did the FMQ and so stitches went from tiny to large. I did get it done. It is a slow process but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do.
