We have had a Sleep Number for 15 years and we Love it!!! I can't imagine what there is to dislike, but as I recall there was a return guarantee when we bought it. They now can be bought with a heater, and top and bottom height adjustment, but we have the standard flat queen mattress.
When we bought there was a plan for folks to spend the night at a local hotel that had a Sleep Number bed, so one could try it out. You paid a discounted rate for the night.
