Hey there!

I found this beautiful piece of art in the back of my closet last night and wondered if anyone might be able to help me figure out what she is and maybe fill in some history on it:

From what I've been able to gather through Google searches I'm thinking it's maybe a Singer refurbished by "Great Eastern" but not really sure.

Anybody know anything about it?

PS - there's a paper label inside the case lid that says "Regent Sewing Machine Model 100 Distributed by Great Eastern Equip. Corp N.Y.C"
