The rest of the May candies went out in yesterday's mail.
For the back of the birdy's quilt. I use the thinnest batting I can find. Cut yourself squares to fit your blocks. When you embroider on your block, even when you hold it up to the light, the back will not show through. To put your quilt together, use thin batting again and it will not be too thick or heavy.
I am having trouble printing the May block. One printing is way to small and the other is too big. The printer is very new and it could be that I just don't know how to use it. I have a very old printer downstairs in my sewing room along with my old computer. I will try and see what can be done with that. If I can't use that then I guess I will have to draw it myself.
