I read the reply and looked where you were located, and darn near spit water on my screen, having lived 15 years in Dakota County . . .
those look like the shelving components Menards sells, the uprights come in a few different lengths and have predrilled holes on both sides. then you can buy the shelves separately and cut them if you need them a different length. I've used them in a few places where a prebuilt shelf would not fit.
