I go here:
http://incompetech.com/graphpaper/ pick the size of shape with seam allowance then print out the size I need of any grid shape on freezer paper. Iron the fabric on the paper and cut. The software program is very good if you prefer a program. I have several Quilt Pro programs and they are all very nice.
