I'm surrounded by fabric snobs who wouldn't think of putting their skills to anything except "quality" fabric from their LQS. So happy to hear of others who shop thrift sales and big box stores. I've found some of my favorite fabric there. I would go broke if I only shopped in my LQS - or at the least make fewer quilts. I prefer to quilt more and spread the love.
