Update! I had a senior moment...not unusual for me. The name of the quilt is "Lost Pyramids ". I bought the pattern at "The Quilt Merchant " in Winfield, Illinois. Pattern includes the tiny template. She owns an old quilt which is very well worn. If you go on line at
