never heard of powdered buttermilk but will check it out in our local store. Thanks for the tip. I find the taste of powdered milk lacking and I've noticed the price has gone up considerably from my childhood days. My mother would mix our regular milk with half powdered milk made up to make it go farther. It still tasted terrible back then.
