Most dry cleaners use Naptha which is lighter fluid and it isn't a great remover of dried on glue or paint. I would do as Cashs_mom said and try Acetone based nail polish remover first then move up the ladder of things to try ending with Paint/varnish Stripper which will work but I don't know how your fabric will fare.
