I store my scraps in containers separated by colors. No, I don't pre-cut them into scrap sizes. I prefer to keep them as they are until I am ready to make something. As I need them, I cut them. I applique so I would never cut them down to a certain size so I can call it my "Scrap stash". I just like having my different colored containers of scraps
