So I made the same mistake of ironing heat bond without protecting my ironing board. I took Twilliebee"s advice and tried GooGone. Worked like a charm. Squirted the stuff on and let it sit for about 5 minutes then scraped the goo off. Didn't even have to work at it. Luck? Maybe, but I'd recommend trying it. Thank you very much Twilliebee
