She has a zipper foot and the other feet are missing. Currently it has a straight stitch/zig zag foot. What are cams? I'm new to sewing and trying learn all of this new terminology. The feed dogs are controlled by a switch with E, S, N on the base. It's supposed to be a work horse so hopefully I'll be able to use it for many years to come.
