The question you have to ask yourself in regards to badged machines like that Imperial, is What kind of rare are you looking for (or value). This machine may be rare because of the nameplate, but not the machine itself. If a person wanted to buy several machines at once you could get any name put on them that you wanted. So If company A made 100,000 identical machines (except for the badging) and yours is one of x number badged that way it "could" be considered rare, but to most collectors, not so much.
