I have been on the phone for hours with the tech adjusting the tension. Yes I have rethreaded and rethreaded and around the wheel twice. The thread is what came with the machine. Will get back with him today and start again. Have a towa guage ordered. Maybe that will help. He insists i need one. I know it's a wonderful machine. Just want to get started using it.
