This is a sample block of what I am working on for a queen size quilt for me and my husband. I am on a different computer and don't have my picture thing worked it yet to have pics show the way I want them. Hopefully, I will get that straightened out soon.
It's a 14 1/2 " block with tiny prints my mother left me. They are very delicate tiny prints of pale pink, pale green, and a hint of black in there. On the alternate white blocks I decided to add a small hand embroidery abstract type flower in the centers. I hand pieced everything. I also have several more blocks completed toward my quilt, but this is the first to have the hand embroidered design on it. It was so much fun.
