Has anyone tried going to a beauty supply store that sells to the public, like Sally's? They have a lot of products the hairdressers use.
I am not real sure but at sally's you need a cosmetology license to get hair color products other items you can buy with out a license maybe just in my state PA and the rules could have changed,i stoped coloring my hair years ago i still don't like the gray but was getting to be a pain coloring every 4 wks my hair grows like a weed.
