Thanks for all the comments. I am leaning toward a turquoise border color. I will post it in pictures when I finish it. This is the second sampler quilt I have made as a project for our very small quilt group that meets once a month in my community. We have several beginners and for 2 years we have taken turns selecting BOMs for the group to do, making sure we covered lots of techniques and skill levels. My first sampler was made with Christmas fabric and I ran out of some of the fabric I was using so I choose to do the rest of the blocks with scraps but did not use white or cream as a background, that was a challenge. I have always wanted to do a black and white border technique so these few blocks were an experiment. I really like how they frame the blocks and add interest. Thanks again for the help deciding.
