Really lovely Dina. Please may I ask what size is each LC block ? I find it hard when you hear of judges who have a personal like / dislike of a colour. Surely they should judge each quilt on it's workmanship and other aspects - not just the colour.
Ha! I had to go measure. These are big blocks. The finished size is 14 inches. I made 16 blocks, and this quilt is basically 72 inches square. The inner border finished at 1 1/2 inches....mainly because I didn't have enough fabric for anything bigger. The outer border will be 5 1/2 inches when all is said and done.
