Yep, I use from my stash as much as possible. I only buy new if necessary. That being said, I usually buy about 2 yards of WOW and COC to use for backgrounds. That will last for several Booms and my own projects. I have had to buy some solids also. I really like TOTs because they'll blend with just about anything.
