Just wondering - how much are you willing to pay for pre-owned, LQS quality, fabric?

I am talking about the "selllng off stash" type of sales -


How do you feel about buying fabrics that have already been washed? (If washed, I prefer some sort of indication - besides frayed ends - that they have been washed)
