I use them as well. Word of caution...make sure you use Crayola, dd used an off brand on a project. It didn't wash out with detergent, had to use a powerful cleaner full strength and soak for a day. It finally came out, but was kind of scary in the meantime..nearly ruined her hard work! Some of the crayola colors rinse out with water, some it takes detergent, but they do come out easily. I tested mine on cotton fabric and vintage sheets which are a blend. I do not like the blue quilt marking pen...I always get ghost lines after washing...
